The Cloisters on Wadsworth is a beautifully appointed, colonial-style office
building located just south of the intersection of Wadsworth Boulevard and
Jewell Avenue in Lakewood, Colorado. Highway 285 (Hampden Avenue) is less than one mile south and Lakewood
Town Center and the new Belmar Complex are roughly two miles north.

Office space ranges in size from 80 rentable square feet to contiguous suites of almost
1400 rentable square feet. Common building amenities include all utilities, kitchens/kitchenettes and spacious
reception areas on each floor, conference room, furnished outdoor patio and a
generous surplus of off-street parking. The building also offers purpose-built training/event facilities that can
comfortably accommodate up to 48 and a professional recording studio consisting

Rates:

ranging from month-to-month to multi-year at tenant’s option. Training/event facility rates, for tenants and non-tenants alike, begin
as low as $60.00 for 4-hour usage and hourly rates are available on request.
The professional recording studio is currently available on a monthly
basis at under $14.00 per rentable square foot.
